Box-type aging furnace is a heat treatment equipment, mainly used for aging treatment of metal materials. Aging treatment refers to the process in which alloy workpieces are placed at a higher temperature or kept at room temperature after solution treatment, cold plastic deformation or casting, forging, so that their properties, shape and size change over time. It is usually welded by steel and thin plates, with heating elements and temperature control systems inside. By controlling temperature and time, the material can achieve the best mechanical properties and microstructure. Aging treatment can significantly improve the hardness, strength and corrosion resistance of the material, and is widely used in the processing of aluminum alloys, copper alloys and other materials.
