The PID regulation controller has high temperature control accuracy and can accurately control the temperature in the furnace to ensure that the workpiece is aged within the ideal temperature range.
It is easy to operate, runs smoothly, and saves effort in loading and unloading workpieces. The furnace is designed as a periodic heating furnace, suitable for intermittent operation, and is particularly suitable for heating large workpieces and workpieces with complex shapes.
It has over-temperature alarm and dual control functions to ensure that the workpiece does not overheat. The mechanical transmission parts of the electric furnace adopt interlocking control and operation to improve the safety of the equipment.
It consists of two parts: a fixed heating chamber and a movable furnace bottom on a trolley. It is equipped with a trolley electric heating element power supply device, a sealing device between the trolley and the furnace body, and a trolley travel drive device. In order to improve the uniformity of furnace temperature, electric heating elements are usually installed under the trolley bottom plate or on the furnace door and rear wall, and a fan is installed on the top of the heating chamber to force furnace gas circulation.
The furnace lining adopts a full fiber structure with good air tightness, easy maintenance, long service life, good energy saving effect, light weight of the furnace body and small temperature rise of the furnace shell.
