By heating with high-temperature and high-concentration salt solution, the sample can be effectively prevented from contacting with air, reducing the occurrence of oxidation reactions, thereby obtaining a high-purity product.
The comprehensive heat transfer coefficient of the salt bath furnace is large, the workpiece is in close contact with the bath liquid, the heating is uniform and fast, and the workpiece deformation is small.
The salt bath furnace has a large heat capacity, small heating temperature fluctuations, and is easy to maintain constant temperature heating. It can achieve less oxidation heating and multi-element co-penetration chemical heat treatment.
The local heating operation of the workpiece can be easily realized, which is suitable for the workpiece which needs local processing.
It is suitable for heat treatment heating such as quenching, annealing, tempering, cyaniding, aging, etc. of carbon steel, alloy steel, tool steel, die steel and aluminum alloy, and can also be used for low-oxidation heating during precision forging of steel.
